Ajmal Hussain Claims Fielder of the Year

Ajmal Hussain won a well deserved fielder of the year for 2018.

Hussain’s standards were exceedingly high throughout the season, taking numerous catches and saving valuable runs for his team.

One stand-out moment, amongst many, was his outrageous one-handed caught and bowled against Old Cholmeleians II’s, which was a key moment in Park going on to win that game.

Shafaat Hussain Wins Trophy Double

Shafaat Hussain once again produced a fine season for Greenwood Park, collecting Batsman and Sunday Player of the Year.

Hussain notched 553 runs across both days and took an excellent 41 wickets.

The all-rounder was a crucial part of Greenwood’s league title success and was instrumental in Park’s debut year in the Chess Valley league on Sunday’s.
